Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, etc.)?

We  will do our  best to accomodate special room requests. 
Please feel free to state your request during your  reservation

We do hope and encourage our Guests to have a direct relationship with us with no intermediary while making their reservation:this will allow us to manage in full your reservation , price and room-type offered  in order  to satisfy your needs and expectations at best. 

All of our 18 rooms are provided with the same amenities although our property is a medieval building and by law cannot be altered (to protect the historical integrity of the structure).The difference between rooms is referring mostly to size.
